Hospital Failed To Report Tech Who Infected Patients: Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (September 4, 2012, 8:07 PM EDT) -- The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center failed to inform law enforcement officials about drug abuse by a former hospital technician who later went on to infect a Kansas woman with hepatitis C, according to a suit filed in Pennsylvania state court Friday.
