Supreme Court Will Hear N.J.-Del. Dispute

Law360 (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments in a border dispute between the states of New Jersey and Delaware about a BP America Inc. subsidiary's proposed liquefied natural gas facility.

The Supreme Court said Monday it would hold a hearing on the two states' exceptions to the report of the special master in the dispute. The order, which Justice Stephen Breyer did not participate in, scheduled the hearing for Nov. 27.
