Fulbright Survives Patent Prosecution Malpractice Suit

Law360 (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court on Monday upheld a district court's finding that a medical device company's legal malpractice suit against law firm Fulbright & Jaworski LLP violates the statute of limitations.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit unanimously affirmed a district court's granting of Fulbright's motion for summary judgment over lead plaintiff Immunocept Inc.
