Abercrombie Let 'Predator' Take Nude Photos Of Model: Suit

Law360, New York (September 5, 2012, 12:03 PM EDT) -- A male model and former Abercrombie & Fitch Co. employee on Friday accused the retailer of sexual harassment and breach of contract for allegedly letting a “sexual predator” photograph him in various pornographic poses under the guise of furthering his career.

William Stratton's suit, filed in California state court, claims Abercrombie offered him up to modeling agent Brian Hilburn, who in turn took various nude and seminude photos of the aspiring model that served to satisfy his own “prurient interests.”
