ITC Votes To Extend Anti-Dumping Steel Duties

Law360 (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a boon to domestic steel producers, anti-dumping tariffs on imported hot-rolled flat steel products from six countries will be extended, the U.S. International Trade Commission voted Wednesday.

The decision came as part of the required five-year sunset review process concerning hot-rolled steel products from Argentina, China, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Romania, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand and Ukraine.
