Fed. Circ. Won't Review $159M Nuclear Fuel Storage Ruling

Law360, New York (September 5, 2012, 6:50 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday refused to reconsider its ruling that added $17 million to a lower court's $142 million combined damages award to three nuclear utilities that alleged the government breached agreements with them over the disposal of spent nuclear fuel.
