Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 10:04 PM EDT) -- The Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs is pouring resources into closing a persistent pay gap between men and women, but its failure to find much evidence of discrimination may create pressure on contractors as the agency gets desperate for a big settlement in the near future, experts said.
