Kraft Wins Stay Bid In P&G Coffee-Packaging Dispute

Law360 (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After much legal wrangling, Kraft Global Foods Inc. has won its bid for a stay in a patent battle over plastic coffee containers with Procter & Gamble Co. The case will be stayed pending the outcome of a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office re-examination proceeding involving the patent at issue.
