Obama 'Hope' Artist Fights $3.2M Fine On Evidence Charge

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 12:52 PM EDT) -- Artist Shepard Fairey told a New York federal judge on Wednesday that he shouldn't receive a $3.2 million criminal fine for faking evidence in a copyright dispute with the Associated Press over the source of his iconic “Hope” image of Barack Obama.
