Solar Trade War Heats Up As EU Probes Chinese Imports

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 2:19 PM EDT) -- The European Commission has agreed to open an investigation into imports of solar panels from China after domestic producers accused Chinese companies of dumping solar energy products onto the European market, according to a notice published Thursday.
