Baltimore Committee OKs Tax Break Plan For $1.3B Project

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 4:51 PM EDT) -- A Baltimore City Council committee gave an important preliminary nod Wednesday for a plan to insert the majority of a proposed $1.3 billion mixed-use development, which will include Exelon Corp.'s new office headquarters, into a special tax break zone.
