Hologic Asks To Pursue Makena Claims Against K-V Pharma

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 4:23 PM EDT) -- K-V Pharmaceutical Co. creditor Hologic Inc. asked a New York bankruptcy judge Wednesday to lift the automatic stay so it could pursue its rights with respect to its first lien on K-V's biggest asset, preterm-birth drug Makena, saying the drug's value is declining.
