First Suits Hit Medtronic In Wake Of Advisory

Law360 (October 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As news that Medtronic Inc. will no longer sell an electronic lead in its implantable defibrillators because of potential deaths was making news on Monday, lawyers were running to the courthouse to file lawsuits alleging the medical device maker was negligent.
