Legal Support Co. Says Ex-Employee Took Secrets To Rival

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 5:08 PM EDT) -- Legal support services provider TransPerfect Document Management Inc. on Wednesday sued its former business development head in New York state court, accusing him of violating his contract and stealing trade secrets with the help of his new employer, UnitedLex Corp., a TransPerfect competitor.
