Eviction Co. Must Respond In Homeless Workers Suit

Law360, New York (October 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A U.S. magistrate judge has ordered Butch Enterprises to respond to discovery requests in an antitrust case that accuses District of Columbia area eviction companies of cheating a purported class of homeless employees out of minimum wages.
