Kinder Morgan's Ethanol Customers Fight Pipeline Switch

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 8:10 PM EDT) -- Three Midwestern ethanol producers on Wednesday protested a Kinder Morgan unit's bid to replace part of its Pony Express Pipeline with new natural gas delivery channels, claiming the switch will strip their rights as shippers and stick them with low-quality fuel to run their operations.
