Calling Card Co. Vivaro Open To Buyout After Ch. 11 Filing

Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 6:18 PM EDT) -- International calling card maker Vivaro Corp. is on the lookout for a potential buyer after being forced into a sooner-than-expected Chapter 11 proceeding, the company's attorney said in a New York bankruptcy court hearing on Monday.
