Three Law Firms Is Too Many, Fedders Lenders Say

Law360 (October 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of banks providing debtor-in-possession financing to air conditioning company Fedders Corp. has asked a judge to reject a bid by the company's unsecured creditors to hire three large law firms to represent their interests.

The official committee of unsecured creditors wants to hire Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels LLP, Greenberg Traurig LLP and Lowenstein Sandler PC.
