Boston Scientific Strikes Back In Stent Trial

Law360 (October 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With trial ongoing, Boston Scientific Corp. is seeking judgment as a matter of law in its battle with Cordis Corp. over stent patents, arguing that no reasonable juror could find in favor of the Johnson & Johnson subsidiary.
