Brazilian Court Nixes Google Shopping Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 3:51 PM EDT) -- A Brazilian court recently found in favor of Google Inc. in an antitrust lawsuit brought by E-Commerce Media Group Informacao e Tecnologia Ltda., which accused the online search giant of unfairly favoring search results from its Google Shopping service over E-Commerce's price comparison sites.
