Court Says Valerus Waived Jury Trial In $165M Credit Row

Law360, Houston (September 11, 2012, 9:30 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday ruled that oil and gas field service company Valerus Compression Services LP waived its right to a jury trial in its suit against Guggenheim Corporate Funding LLC over stock purchase agreements tied to a $165 million credit facility that were allegedly procured by fraud.
