WorldCom Investors Denied Arbitration

Law360 (October 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court will not reconsider a decision that barred two Worldcom Inc. shareholders from bringing an arbitration case against underwriter UBS Financial Services Inc., denying the investors' motion on the grounds that it raises issues that have already been litigated and decided.
