Texas Atty Dodges Murder Plot Over Strip Club Shutdown

Law360, Dallas (September 11, 2012, 6:33 PM EDT) -- A Dallas-area strip club owner pled guilty Thursday to orchestrating a murder-for-hire scheme that targeted a Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin PC partner after the employment lawyer’s work helped to close down the club for violating a local nuisance law.
