NCR Loses $15M Bid For Appleton Share Of Superfund Cleanup

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 6:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday shot down NCR Corp.’s attempt to force Appleton Papers Inc. to immediately cough up more than $15 million to help clean up a Wisconsin Superfund site, saying it’s unclear how much Appleton actually owes.
