Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 5:26 PM EDT) -- New details emerged Wednesday in a Massachusetts antitrust suit alleging Bain Capital Partners LLC, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and other private equity firms colluded to artificially depress prices in leveraged buyouts, with a redacted new complaint targeting additional transactions that include the $24.4 billion takeover of Clear Channel Communications Inc.
