Enviros Ask Texas To Boost Solar, Geothermal Mandates

Law360, Dallas (September 12, 2012, 4:40 PM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental advocates on Wednesday asked the Texas Public Utility Commission to enact rules boosting state requirements for solar and geothermal energy generation and ensure wind isn’t the only renewable energy source the state relies on.
