Texas Child Protective Services Can't Shake $1M OT Pay Case

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit affirmed a ruling Wednesday that a $1 million Fair Labor Standards Act suit accusing Texas Child Protective Services of stiffing its employees on overtime wages is not barred by the state's sovereign immunity.
