Shipbuilder Asks Texas High Court To Sink $4M Verdict

Law360, Houston (September 12, 2012, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. Ltd. on Monday asked the Texas Supreme Court to toss a $4 million judgment against it, saying it owes nothing to a consultant who claims it helped the Korean company secure a $696 million contract to build supertankers.
