Enviro Groups Sue To Block 315-MW Calif. Wind Project

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 6:08 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups filed suit Tuesday in California federal court seeking to block development of a wind energy facility on 10,151 acres of federally protected land in the Southern California desert, saying government officials inadequately reviewed the project’s environmental impacts.
