Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 1:34 PM EDT) -- A Florida cellphone user lodged a putative class action against BBVA Compass Bancshares Inc. in federal court Wednesday, accusing the company of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending out unsolicited text messages promoting a new version of its mobile banking application.
