Artist Must Put Off River Project Pending Enviro Challenge

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 7:00 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge on Wednesday told the artist Christo that he must hold off on his Arkansas River project until a challenge to the project before the U.S. Interior Board of Land Appeals is resolved, according to a representative for the artist.

However, Christo has also said that he wanted to “postpone the project until all lawsuits are behind him,” Steve Coffin of consulting firm GBSM told Law360.
