ITC Backs Nixing Freescale Patent Claims Against Importers

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 1:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Wednesday that it had reviewed and ultimately upheld a ruling that cleared two companies of allegations that they imported integrated circuits and chipsets used in televisions that infringe Freescale Semiconductor Inc.'s patented technology.
