Indianapolis Official Pushes Entrapment Bid At 7th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (September 13, 2012, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A former Indianapolis city councilman should have been allowed to argue to a jury that he was entrapped by a government sting operation that led to his bribery and attempted extortion convictions over a strip club zoning permit, his attorney told the Seventh Circuit on Thursday.
