Sinatra Estate Snuffs Hot Dog Truck's 'Franks Anatra' Mark

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 3:43 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's appeals board on Wednesday upheld the estate of Frank Sinatra's objections to a hot dog truck's bid to trademark the name “Franks Anatra,” saying it falsely suggested a connection to the late entertainer and could cause confusion.
