Caltrans Can't Shake Enviro Suit Over Highway Project

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 4:20 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday granted the Federal Highway Administration's bid to escape an environmental suit over a highway project but denied a similar dismissal motion by the California Department of Transportation, a co-defendant in the case.
