Actelion Sues To Keep Tracleer Away From Apotex, Roxane

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 9:15 PM EDT) -- Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. sued Apotex Inc. and Roxane Laboratories Inc. in New Jersey federal court Friday to confirm antitrust laws don't require it to supply its Tracleer blood pressure medicine to aid development of generics, potentially heralding a momentous decision for drugmakers.
