Best Buy Sued Over Unpaid Breaks, Security Searches

Law360, New York (October 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hourly-wage employees at Best Buy Co. aren't properly compensated for time they spend undergoing daily security checks and working through break periods, a proposed class action filed on Wednesday claims.
