Law360, Washington (September 17, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday tossed portions of a $100 million lawsuit against financial services provider Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of America and its affiliates over a stalled apartment project, noting much of the case may be thrown out in the future.
