Publishers Drop Copyright Claims Over Law Firm's USPTO Apps

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 3:42 PM EDT) -- Two scientific journal publishers backed down Friday from their claims that Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner PA infringed the copyrights attached to their articles by including them in patent applications, months after the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office said such conduct is protected.
