Monsanto Didn't Target Farmers Over Seed IP, Fed. Circ. Told

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 6:49 PM EDT) -- Monsanto Co. told the Federal Circuit on Thursday it had never threatened groups representing hundreds of thousands of farmers with lawsuits, urging the court to uphold the dismissal of an attempt to block the company from suing should patented seeds stray onto the farmers' land.
