Latham & Watkins Attorney Disqualified In KPMG Trial

Law360 (October 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday delayed the criminal trial of three former KPMG International executives accused of creating illegal tax shelters after he disqualified an attorney representing one of the executives due to conflict of interest concerns.
