Trading Tech Sues Three More As Battle Over Futures Patents Heats Up

Law360, New York (August 2, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Fresh from a bevy of settlements with several players in the futures market, software developer Trading Technologies is pressing on with a legal onslaught against another batch of competitors.

The complaints, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, allege futures trading firms Strategy Runner, Ltd., Rolfe and Nolan Systems, Inc., and RTS Realtime Systems, Inc. willfully infringed two patents for trading software.
