Greenberg's $25B Suit Over AIG Bailout Allowed To Proceed

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 4:49 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday refused to reconsider an order greenlighting a $25 billion suit that an insurance company run by former American International Group Inc. CEO Maurice "Hank" Greenberg brought against the U.S. government over the AIG bailout.
