Bard Beats Contract Claim In Catheter Trade Secrets Fight

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 1:42 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday wiped out claims of contract inference and unfair competition against a CR Bard Inc. unit but said the medical device giant must face allegations it stole trade secrets when acquiring catheter technology from a former executive at competitor VasoNova Inc.
