Insurer's Bid To Stay Corning Asbestos Claims Hits Snag

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 4:24 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge said Tuesday that she needs more information on Illinois law before she can decide if insurance litigation over Corning Inc.'s asbestos claims against Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Co., which is in rehabilitation, can be stayed.
