Forest Oil Must Pay $20M Despite 'Flimsy Evidence,' Court Says

Law360, Houston (September 19, 2012, 8:35 PM EDT) -- A Texas court on Tuesday ruled it could not overturn a $20 million arbitration award against Forest Oil Corp. in an oil and gas lease dispute because although the evidence supporting the judgment was suspect, state law did not allow for reversal.
