GoDaddy Hit With Customer Suit Over September Outage

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 5:05 PM EDT) -- A website operator on Tuesday lodged a putative class action in Arizona federal court against GoDaddy.com LLC, alleging a widespread server failure earlier this month puts the company in violation of its promise that websites services would be available at least 99.9 percent of the time.
