Reddy Ice Settles In Ice Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 1:29 PM EDT) -- After filing for bankruptcy in April, Reddy Ice Holdings Inc. reached a deal to settle allegations in Michigan federal court that it fixed prices on packaged ice, a proposed direct purchaser class said Wednesday.

Reddy Ice, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on April 12, agreed to pay $750,000 to resolve allegations that it took part in a scheme to fix prices in the packaged ice industry.
