'Titanic' Effects Firm's Hastened Sale Plan Gets Court OK

Law360, Wilmington (September 20, 2012, 9:44 PM EDT) -- Digital Domain Media Group Inc., creator of special-effects for “Titanic” and “Transformers,” got the go-ahead from a Delaware bankruptcy judge Thursday to proceed with its “unprecedented” sale schedule calling for an auction and sale hearing within weeks of the Chapter 11 filing.
