Pa. County Gives Thumbs Up To $42M Housing Development

Law360, Philadelphia (September 20, 2012, 6:17 PM EDT) -- The Allegheny County Port Authority gave the green light Wednesday to a proposed $41.5 million residential development project on a public-owned lot near a light rail station outside of Pittsburgh.

The tentative agreement between Port Authority and a partnership between Pittsburgh-based Massaro Properties LLC and Atlanta-based Dawson Co. LLC would see a vacant lot adjacent to the South Hills Village T station transformed into a new apartment complex, according to county officials.
